I went to dinner with friends in the old house a few days ago, it was great. I felt very comfortable there, good ambience and the service was also very friendly. So we will definitely be back! And they also have the most beautiful beer garden in the world ?

No decency, neither from the guests nor from this restaurant, to be calmer after 10 p.m. let alone make the music quieter. Peaceful sleep is out of the question for residents who have to work at the weekend. Must also be mentioned. ?

The positive first: the place is really nice. Why only two stars? Unfortunately, as vegetarians, we only had the choice between two dishes, which did not satisfy both. We had to reorder a portion of fried potatoes to make it enough. The taste is ok, justifies the portion size but not the price. There was wine, which we did not learn until too late because it was not on the menu. So we had to drink the evening with really moderate beer. The waiters were not exactly friendly: when we got into the beer garden in a larger group (7 people) in the evening, they did not help us find a table, and we almost had the feeling of being bothered. We are surprised about the many good reviews: are the restaurants in Saarbrücken really that bad? Definitely not here next time. Pity!
